Very surprised to see the cleaning material left outside and is very visible right after we stepped out of the elevator. Not just when we checked in but at the time of check out also, a day later. Expected a bit more for the price we were charged.”

“I am really upset with your booking. My hotel was paid for 4 nights, got there at 12 midnight and i was informed, i didnt have a booking. Can you imagine how i felt after 8 hours driving?? NO BOOKING. I was told by the receptionist that expedia and booking dot com are notorious for stuffing up the bookings. Please refund my money. I WILL NEVER USE Expedia AGAIN!! ”

“The hotel is hopeless. From the moment we step in there are plenty of red flags. Firstly, the lift was not working and the receptionist (I don' know what language he is speaking) apologised for the inconvenience. The room ambience is very poor with no proper ventilation. The room is not clean at all with worn out blankets and pullovers. The set of towels given were worn out and of poor quality. Almost to the extent of being thrown out. I don't know why they were given. On calling the service……
