Stunning property with fantastic ocean views, beautiful sunrises and walking distance to quaint town of Marzamemi. Very clean and contains all home conveniences. Balcony provided excellent views of the sea and water is so clear you can see down to the bottom from the balcony. Thanks for sharing your special piece of paradise with us. We had an awesome time

Cet appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, surplombant la mer, en toute tranquillité, à l’abri de l’agitation et du bruit. Il est moderne, vaste et bien équipé et les levers de soleil y sont magnifiques. Les lits sont confortables, tout est d’une propreté impeccable. En tout point conforme aux photos. Les hôtes sont d’une extrême gentillesse. À notre arrivée, nous avions besoin d’aide pour monter nos lourds bagages et la dame a fait venir son athlétique mari pour nous aider. Et elle nous a ensuite accompagnés au village voisin pour faire nos courses et découvrir les lieux ! Et, lors de notre départ, elle a offert de venir nous aider aussi…Elle nous a fourni des suggestions de restaurants et d’endroits à visiter. Des gens vraiment charmants, attentionnés et un hébergement où nous avons eu énormément de plaisir à séjourner. À recommander vivement. Louise et Jean-Pierre du Canada 🇨🇦

Appartamento bellissimo, arredato con gusto e molto accogliente, le vetrate regalano una vista sul mare spettacolare a cui le foto non rendono giustizia! Posizione strategica per visitare le fantastiche spiagge della zona e i paesi limitrofi. Il “centro storico” di Marzamemi è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di pochi minuti. I proprietari persone squisite è meravigliose, Alfina e Giuseppe sono stati un plus della vacanza per i loro consigli, la disponibilità e la gentilezza. Davvero incantevole, torneremo sicuramente!!!

Posto incantevole La casa è esattamente come si vede in foto anzi direi anche di più. La vista è mozzafiato e l'alba dal terrazzo è assolutamente da vedere. Proprietari gentilissimi.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und sehr warme November-Woche hier. Der Blick vom Balkon und aus der Wohnung ist wirklich unglaublich schön und wir haben das sehr genossen. Marzamemi ist ein toller Ort und jetzt im November auch herrlich ruhig. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt viel zu entdecken in der näheren Umgebung. Einzig die Anzahl und Qualität der zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher und der sehr beengte Duschraum waren nicht zufriedenstellend. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cercavo un luogo adatto ad un appuntamento con me stesso, e l'appartamento di Alfina è stato qualcosa in più. Un gioiello di fronte al mare di Marzamemi, l'appartamento curato nei dettagli con gusto e raffintezza, un terrazzino con vista sull'infinito, il mare ed il cielo ed il sole sono i veri coinquilini. Alba e tramonti commoventi sono godibili dalle ampie vetrate del soggiorno. L'accesso al mare é diretto, in una parte di costa dall'acqua cristallina. Posizione ideale con lidi e supermarket vicinissimi. L'eccezionalità di Alfina poi non si può descrivere, lei ma in generale tutta la famiglia come il posto sono solo da conoscere, perché certe vibrazioni e sensazioni positive si devono semplicemente vivere. Soggiorno da sogno, servizio al top, atmosfera magica. Tornerò al più presto!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage, offene Wohnsituation Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung allerdings quasi nur auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den sehr schönen Ort Marzamemi verbracht, da wir warme Sommernächte hatten. Ruhige und angenehme Aircon, Duschsituation mäßig komfortabel, aber insgesamt eine schöne und toll gelegene Wohnung.

The apartment is lovely. Clean and stocked with necessities. Calming views. Close to a small fishing village. The only problem is the hot water tank. Very difficult for two people to shower back to back, not enough hot water.

- tolle gedeckte Terrasse mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer inkl. Meerrauschen - schöne, grosszügige Wohnung mit guter Einrichtung und voll funktionierender Infrastruktur (Heizung/Klima, WLAN mit hinreichend Leistung fürs Streamen von Filmen, Küche mit Einrichtung, etc.) - ruhige Lage direkt am Meer - 7 Min. zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Marzamemi / 7 Min. mit dem Auto bis zum nächsten Supermarkt - schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Auto erforderlich nach meiner Meinung) Jederzeit wieder! Grazie an Alfina, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat wenn nötig beistand.

A very nice Appartement, with everything needed for four people. Our host Alfina and her whole family are wonderful people. Marcos small market, where we got everything for breakfast and to fill unpässlich the fridge is only across the street Im Marcamemi, around ten walking minutes,we found a nice atmosphere and a few good restaurants. We had air conditioning and good wireless. Sitting on the little Terasse, water in front of the door, enjoying a glass of wine was just beautiful I will tell my friends to go there too

Dieses Apartment ist jeden Euro wert! Alles super gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und auch vom Wohnzimmer mit den großen Fenstern direkt aufs Meer ist einmalig. Alfina, die Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine wirkliche schöne Zeit. Der Ort eignet sich auch super für weitere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Es gibt ebenso viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Ein Muss - morgens über den eigenen Zugang zum Meer direkt eine Runde in der Sonne schwimmen :) wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

La casa è deliziosa, esattamente come sulle foto. Curata nei dettagli, con buon gusto, non è la solita casa vacanze dove si portano mobili dismessi ed arrangiati. Già questo è un piacere, senza parlare del panorama bellissimo che si gode dalla veranda dove si può mangiare piacevolmente. La proprietaria sig Alfina , gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha dato indicazioni preziose Su spiagge e ristoranti. Consigliamo a tutti questa bellissima sistemazione e speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno

L'appartamento è ottimo, pulito e sopratutto sul mare. Alfina gentile e disponibile. Un mare meraviglioso sotto casa dove fare nuotate stupende. Siamo stati benissimo con escursioni facili giornaliere ed anche serate in paese. Unico difetto la musica che si sentiva quasi ogni sera fino a tardi.

Un très bel appartement avec une vue extraordinaire et une très belle terrasse. L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Une impression d'être dans la mer…. Tout est très pratique et bien conçu. Et Alfina est charmante.

Lovely location within easy walking distance of the town. Also to supermarket but it was closed during our stay. The view is spectacular, even in the rain!
