Perfect Paradise

A beautiful place right on a wonderful and uncrowded beach. Lots of outdoor space with options for shade and sun throughout the day, including a little bench to catch the last rays and watch the sunset. Flexible and friendly key handover with great comms and even a nice welcome pack. Recommended.

Man-made Heaven

The place is spectacular from two points of view. The first is the location, the house is literally on a beach in southern Sicily, with fine sand and shallow waters up to tens of meters into the sea. It's also very quiet, you can hear and feel the sea ALL the time. And second - it's the house and the yard, which is really a fine example of good taste and craftsmanship. Good design/architecture and everything you need to take a break from the world. It is a place to connect with beauty, simplicity, nature, together with loved ones and with oneself. We loved the fact that most of the stuff was handmade but in a very contemporary and also traditional way. The outdoor beds are perfect and we loved the ceiling fans in every room (there is also air conditioning, but we didn't use it). There is a large supermarket 12 minutes by car, open all week until 8.30 pm. And you can visit the medieval fishing village Mazarmemi, or the majestic historic center of Noto (UNESCO heritage) in 15-25 minutes by car. We really had a good feeling in our hearts while living there and we would recommend the place with 100% confidence to anyone.

Toll mit kleinem Manko

Es war ein wirklich schönes Aufenthalt. Das einzige was nirgendwo stand, war das salzige wasser aus der Leitung. Sonst war es sehr schön. Der Strand war ein Traum und auch im November hatten wir traumhaft tolles wetter. Die beiden Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. 0p

Un petit coin de paradis

Superbe petite maison logée à quelques mètres de la mer, sur une grande et belle plage à peine fréquentée. De grands extérieurs bien aménagés pour y vivre à chaque instant, la maison bien que de taille modeste est moderne, très bien équipée et répond à tous les besoins. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement, avec qui plus est un large assortiment de produits locaux. La Sicile baroque est une région sublime à tout point de vue. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sens de l’accueil ! Grâce à eux, nous avons passé de belles vacances reposantes les pieds dans l’eau :)

Très belle maison en bord de mer - vacances paisibles dans un endroit nature et isolé

Le propriétaire a été proactif dans la communication et nous a transmis les informations relatives à la location longtemps à l'avance. Pendant le séjour, il s'est montré disponibles et nous a envoyé une proposition de visite et une recommandation liée à la météo. L'accueil a été très bon et est fait par le propriétaire. Celui-ci nous a laissé des fruits et de l'eau. La maison est le reflet exact des photos. Tout y est neuf et soigné. La maison est propre et elle est la plus rénovée du lotissement. Chaque chose est bien pensé, est très beau et est fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, la mer se trouvant à 20 métres. La plage est paisible car peu fréquentée même à mi-juillet et elle s'étend sur au moins 2 kilométres voire plus. A 20 minutes à pied de la maison en passant sur la plage se trouve Baia Granelli, un petit bar qui fait des plats qui semblent intéressants mais nous n'y avons pas gouté. La mer était assez agité mais elle est peu profonde. La piscine de la maison est comme une grande baignoire que chaque locataire peut remplir et vider à sa guise. Ce qui est très plaisant pour les soirées. La terrasse est bien aménagée et permet d'y trouver de l'ombre à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les pièces comme indiqué dans la description. Les deux lits font chacun 1m60 et les matelas sont confortables. Les deux salles de bain sont appréciables même s'il a fallu que l'on s'habitue à ne pas jeter le papier toilettes dans la cuvette mais dans la poubelle. Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir le passage du poissonnier (entre 15 et 16h00) au moins trois jours par semaine et du boulanger (entre 9h00 et 10h00) tous les jours à la porte de la maison. Cela est très appréciable car il n'y a aucun commerce à moins de 10 minutes en voiture (Pachino étant la ville la plus proche avec un Eurospin, un Crai et un Conad). Nous recommandons cette maison à toute personne dont les vacances idéales sont la tranquillité et le contact avec la nature. Les personnes ayant besoin d'animation et n'aimant pas circuler en voiture sur des routes un peu cabossées n'y trouverons sans doute pas leur compte. Nous recommandons au propriétaire de laisser un linge pour essuyer la vaisselle ainsi que des serviettes de plage qui seraient un vrai plus pour la qualité de cette location.

Beautiful beach to ourselves. No development in either direction

There was a hitch on our arrival as the villa needed some work done on blocked drains from a previous guest, but Ettore made excellent arrangements for us to stay at a nearby hotel for the first night, which had a pool etc. The villa is only about 50 metres from the sea, which is gently shelving, it takes about 50 ft to get up to your waist, so it was very safe for my seven and three year old grandchildren. They had the beach to themselves to make sand castles and play. There were only a few other people there staying at nearby villas. The beds were comfortable with all the amenities you would want. We ate outside at the table in the evenings and had no trouble from insects. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Kleines Paradies

Wir haben die Ruhe 9 Tage sehr genossen. Es war für uns ein kleines Paradies. Mit viel Geschmack ist das Haus und der Strandgarten ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts... Das Haus ist Ideal für eine bis zu 4 köpfige Familie. Unser 3 jähriger Sohn hat sich auch pudelwohl gefühlt mit dem kleinen Planschpool und dem Meer direkt vor der Haustür und dem Sandgarten zum buddeln. Ettore war allzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank noch mal!!😉

Nella sabbia e nel mare

The shoresound è un piccolo cottage dai tratti tipici siciliani, ben ristrutturato, a ridosso delle dune di Granelli, nell'estremo sud della Sicilia, la posizione è certamente unica ed in un contesto che anche nella più estrema delle settimane agostane, restituisce un tempo calmo e dilatato. La casa al suo interno si presenta subito come un piccolo concentrato di comfort e comodità in grado di ben soddisfare gli ospiti urbani più esigenti. Semplice, minima e funzionale, ha certamente un punto di forza nelle molteplici dotazioni che permettono alle principali esigenze vitali, di essere completamente soddisfatte sia all'interno sia all'esterno della casa, sia di giorno sia di notte; circondata da una moltitudine di spazi esterni, la casa dilata le sue zone vitali fino al limite estremo delle dune sabbiose e del mare, permettendo così di vivere la vacanza all'aria aperta e nel sole. Il nostro desiderio di passare una settimana al mare in un luogo appartato, caldo, arioso e di singolare bellezza, è stato pienamente soddisfatto, e ampliato dai forti contrasti del paesaggio, dalla calda accoglienza delle persone, dalle lunghe colazioni a base di uva, fichi, pane e ricotta fresca. Da vivere.

casa sul mare

Ottima Casa singola per 4 persone sul mare posizione tranquilla, accesso diretto sulla spiaggia di granelli. Aria condizionata terrazza , servizi interni ben disposti, giardino per favolose cene.Posizione buona per visitare tutta la parte sud Siracusa, noto,modica marzamemi,vendicari avola eccc.
