Great house for grouos

This house is very clean, has all the things you need to be comfortable. Location is excellent. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly is an huge plus! Only 2 bathrooms resulted in some waiting and negotiating, but really wasn’t much of an issue. I’ll happily stay here again.

The house was exactly what we hoped for. Perfect for our group, well laid out for gathering together, but not so centralized that a person couldn’t sneak off for a little quiet. It was comfortable, a great location, and well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

good weekend

The spacious house has lots of light and the separation of space--bedrooms on 2 floors and a big playroom on the 3rd floor worked well for us. The beach is just across the street. I thought the kitchen might be small with 6 adults and 3 kids but it worked out well. It was also well stocked with enough dishes and lots of cooking and serving options. Clean, lots of towels etc. The beds were a little firm for some of us. The only issue we had was the heat. It was rainy and chilly that weekend. When the heat was comfortable on the main floor it was too cold on the lower floor. The people who manage the house were easy to work with and we got a refund right away. All in all it is a good house to stay in, easy for a group to be together or in separate spaces. We also appreciated the table with 8 chairs.

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location

We loved our stay at Beach Dreamer! The home is spacious, and you can get to the beach so easily - Beach access is right across the street. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook for our whole group, the house is comfortable, and we watched the sun set each night right from the deck. We love Pacific City and can't wait to stay here again soon.

Great house and location

Great house with all the amenities you would want. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. Nature preserve and hiking trails right out the back yard gate. Property managers located nearby and are responsive and helpful.

Comfortable home close to the beach

This house was in a great location with many comforts like a fireplace and hottub. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the loop forest trail from the house.

Fully fenced, secure back yard

Overall, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home was perfect for our needs. The fully fenced secure back yard is ideal for families with young children or fur babies. The house had all the items we needed and was a short, 5 min walk to the beach. Outside of the back fence gate there is a one-mile loop trail that takes you up a hill to a bench with a lovely view of the beach. The house is near the end of a road and was very quiet. The home internet was adequate for streaming movies and doing Zoom calls. In the future, I would select the “no-contact” check in since I had to wait outside the building while another individual was talking to the staff inside. Overall, we would likely select this home again.
