The main floor great room is spacious, cozy and stunning with a modern glass fireplace, big comfy couch, tv and plenty of room for dining. The dreamy kitchen has double ovens, and plenty of counters for meal prep with family and friends. The bedrooms are spacious and lux with upgraded amenities and stunning bathrooms. The garage is available and has beach chairs and additional storage.

Mid level entry. Upstairs is great room with large kitchen, dining area, large couch, fireplace and roof-deck access. Mid-level floor has garage access, laundry room, full hall bath, primary bedroom with king bed, beach access and full bath. Downstairs has a spacious den, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks, a hall bath, and 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds. The bedrooms share a full bath.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
