The Nestucca Lookout is a spacious, fun home in a great location for surfing, fishing, hiking and just relaxing at the beach. Fully stocked for vacation, this is a great home-base for your Pacific City adventures and beyond. The home is on a narrow stretch of land between the ocean and the Nestucca River, and features river views out the back, and ocean views in the front. The upstairs bedroom has a cozy look-out bench to watch the river go by and all of the eagles, pelicans, seals, fisherman and everything else that hangs out in the Nestucca Estuary.

Layout:
Multi level home. Garage entry on lower level. Lower level has 1/2 bath with laundry, and bedroom with 2 double beds. Middle level has living room, dining area, kitchen and front & back decks. There is a full bath with tub/shower and bedroom with double/twin bunks. Upstairs loft/bedroom has a queen bed (loft style open to living room)

The Neighborhood:
Sunset Avenue is a quiet, scenic street nestled between the Nestucca River and the Pacific Ocean. Stretching south from the heart of Pacific City along the beach, it leads directly into Bob Straub State Park. A gently sloping, sandy beach extends from the oceanfront homes down to the shoreline. Just off Sunset Avenue is what locals commonly call “The Boat Landing,” which features a boat ramp and is considered one of the area's best fishing spots. During certain times of the year, anglers can be seen landing impressive spring and fall Chinook salmon.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Notice:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
