「Wanted somewhere not too far away but far enough to have some piece and quite. This was the right place. We had a cookout and visited the Dells (20) minutes away. This spot is IDEAL for a family that wants to spend a couple days in the Dells without having to eat out and stay in a hotel. Great spot and affordable . We enjoyed our time there. Owners were very nice and helpful. Would recommend it’s not big but it’s nice and can sleep 6 with no problems」

「Our stay was for 7 days, there was A/C, laundry, firewood, lots of chairs, dishes and pots, even some spices were provided in the home. There is a dollar general within walking distance as well as a small cafe that serves great food for good prices. We had a large group of 8 with a small dog and it was a great place to use as a base for our trip to the dells as it’s only about 15 mins away. 「We were looking for somewhere central to everyone, and we stumbled on this gem. While we didn't do much in the area, there are a few things that would be fun with a group during the tourist season (winery, lakes). The house is very private, and we enjoyed sitting in the sun room with the windows open for the breeze. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The house was a lovely mix of updated but keeping the farmhouse feel. Overall lovely stay!」

「What a wonderful getaway! Beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you will need along with a gorgeous view of Lawrence Lake. Great fishing and so relaxing so sit on the deck and enjoy the wildlife and views or unwind in the hot tub after a day of catching fish right outside your backdoor. 「The property was great. Everything we needed was there, and clean. The key box was a little difficult to get into but not a big deal. The reason why this was not a 5 star rating was that the cabin was not as pictured. The beds in the bedrooms were not the same(not as many as listed).. the layout in the sun room was different. The bar was different than pictured. The frig and table and chains were even different.... had we planned for as many to stay as it listed it could sleep we would have been...

「Very beautiful and peaceful location」

「We stayed here for a girls' weekend. The property was gorgeous and very clean, with all sorts of amenities. Kitchen is well stocked and the basement has all sorts of games! Lots of room to spread out yet a large living room for all of us to gather together. Property owners request you to wash/dry towels before departure, so most of us just brought our own. Backyard views are amazing, and we wish it would have been warmer to enjoy the fire pit! Would definitely recommend this property.」

「Our family used this as a second cabin, the other one was on the lake. This cabin was the "quiet place" for the oldsters in the family to get away. Super nice.」

「Pros: Good amount of space. Comfy beds Awesome den. Cons: there is only 1 wall air conditioning unit in the house located in the dining room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms got very hot and the only option was to open windows and use the fan (this helped but was still entirely too hot for my comfort). The temps were mild while we were there (low 80's) but it was very hot upstairs. If you are heat sensitive and/or expecting hot temps do not plan on using the 2 upstairs bedrooms. 「Stayed there for my sisters wedding at Caribou Bay Retreat. The house was so clean and relaxing. Only complaint I have is the water heater is not big enough to have the two showers being used at the same time or to have multiple people taking showers after each other. After a 10-15 min shower the water was ice cold. Made it difficult getting ready for a wedding with multiple people. Otherwise, loves seeing the deer in the yard at night and finding shells on the beach with my daughter.」

「This cottage was perfect for our needs. We were in the area to visit family but needed our own space. The bedrooms are a little small, but it didn't matter because the common area was very well laid out. The living room was comfortable, the coffee bar was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating for a slight schedule change. When we arrived, there was even a small Christmas tree lighting up a corner of the room. I would stay there again...

「My Mother and I booked this cute little cottage for our Mother’s Day Getaway. The cottage was everything it said it was and so much more! Kate is a wonderful host and the cottage is one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever reserved in all my years traveling! So welcoming and had everything we could ever need and want, we enjoyed a fire on the patio and had the best surprise for our weekend watching the Northern Lights dance across the sky above us! Definitely a trip we will always remember.」
