「I had to book this hotel for someone, I was told the hotel was Okay! However I really wish the hotel will disclose everything on their description (about) in order to avoid any confusion and surprise charges, including the 1500 pesos that was required in order to check in however the hotel sent me an inbox regarding about the 1500 pesos 3-2hours prior to checking in. please feel free to correct me if i missed something.」

「床はフラットでなく、冷蔵庫もポットもなく、ゴキブリがいて、部屋には沢山のペナルティが書いてあります。ひとつのコスメも無く、部屋のゴミ箱はひとつだけ。 妻は我慢出来ず、3泊の予定を1泊にしました、お金を捨てても我慢出来なかった。」

「週圍環境算不錯，吃的要走點路到羅賓遜或SM選擇較多，搭捷運方便。 飯店本身設計風格是我喜歡的，尤其吃早餐的地方 」

「I have had a very pleasant 4 nights stay at the hotel. Staff are very accommodating, respectful and helpful. Hotel hygiene is good enough and very conveniently located to a mega size shopping mall. 」

「An older more classic style Shangri-La hotel. I have stayed on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time around. I will return when in Makati.」

「gym smelled funny opening hours not 34 hrs but most annoyed room very noise not soundproof can hear street noise couldn’t sleep. front desk staff didn’t care when mentioned on check out i won’t stay with you again i requested a quiet room but got this crappy old room , the bedlinen felt stale , dint feel fresh at all and the mattress war worn out need replacement asap , carpet dirty and smelly not maintained 」
