「The hotel is great!」

「A little bit outdated hotel but it did have all we needed, secluded areas,very quiet and you can actually use all facilities at the other 2 hotel buildings, we only had breakfast included wich could be little better but overall we where really happy for what we paid for that hotel in July speciall thanks to the receptionist at night ,they were very nice and helpful」

「This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore.」

「Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La stanza bella è molto pulita ma avrebbe bisogno di un pó di manutenzione. Cena e colazione abbondante, con ampia scelta e di buona qualità. L'area delle piscine molto grande e veramente bella con tanto verde. Non ho apprezzato invece che ci abbiano chiesto un supplemento di 10 euro a persona per poter usufruire della piscina dopo il check out. In altri hotel, soprattutto in Trentino dove andiamo spesso lasciano piena libertà di usufruire di tutti i...
