Perfect stay!

This was our second year in a row stain in antelope branch. The location is perfect. The view of the mountains is beautiful and my family loves the huge living area where we gather and play games.

What a great place! Was perfect for our family - close to hiking and shopping. But was great to just hang out there and enjoy the view from the deck and living room.

Fabulous Home!

This home looked beautiful from the photos, but was truly even better in real life. Our friend group had an absolutely fabulous time. Home was super clean (and I'm a bit of a germaphobe) with an excellent location! The host was so responsive as well, truly a fabulous stay and we plan to stay again. Thank you!!

A really amazing stay

Truly amazed at the receptiveness of the owners and how they went out of their way to make our stay great. Clean, spacious, well stocked in a location that is both secluded and convenient. Adults and kids all had an amazing time!

Beautiful House

The house had everything we needed and much more. The views were spectacular and the location was peaceful. We were a family of 11 and had a lot of room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Balloon Crew

Great views and wildlife. Deer population was Enjoyed watching the mule deer graze in the mornings. The house had all amenities we needed and the local restaurants and breweries were very accommodating for our group.

Great Place for Reunion

This was the perfect property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with friends. The kitchen was well equipped to handle dinners for our crowd. The living room was spacious and the deck was perfect for enjoying happy hour. The location was quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Pagosa Springs. We enjoyed watching the deer wander through the property. Communications with property management were good. It was a great stay!

Amazing Property

We had the best time at this property. The living/kitchen/dining is very large space, perfect for lots of kids. The master suite is also very large. The property manager was great at communicating with us while we were there. Would 100% recommend this property.

Perfect for Families

This house is really great for families and large groups. The kitchen, dining, and living room where all in a huge, spacious room. Everyone was able to be together while doing different things. Each bedroom was roomy and the beds were comfortable. We created beautiful memories and look forward to visiting again!

A very spacious home with beautiful mountain views in from breakfast and living area. The stay was pleasant the rooms layout is perfect for large groups. Property is close to lot of stores, had minor issues with garage door opener but was an very pleasant stay.

Anniversary celebration

We stayed in this beautiful home and celebrated my parent’s 50th anniversary. It was decorated lovely for Christmas, and we enjoyed the kitchen that had all we needed to prepare meals for us. We had 9 people in the house with plenty of room to spread out, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the large patio. It was a wonderful getaway!
