The property needs some TLC such as bathroom towel bar damage, non-grip surface in tub, remove non-grip rug in front of deck door, wash the floors (especially the kitchen), and replace grossly stained mattress pad.We were not told about the highway road construction out the front door which made it difficult to get around town and the traffic noise was unbearable. We would have chosen another place to stay.

Amazing! Perfect location just a walk to the Hot Springs, shops, and eateries. We were able to watch the air balloons lift off from the balcony! We will be back!

Everything about the stay and the property was outstanding! My wife and I are already planning our next trip to Pagosa Springs and will be trying to get in at that property. Kudos to the management for an excellent place!

The property was clean and well furnished. There was a small mix-up with the cleaning after the prior renters checked out, but Duke quickly addressed that. We enjoyed our visit and would stay in this unit again in the future.

Amazing stay!

Overall this was an amazing place to stay. There were only a few draw backs. There is a pilates place downstairs so during the day you can hear there music. This didn’t affect us much because we were out during this time. The place was bigger than the pictures made it look in my opinion. There was enough cooking tools for basic meals nothing super fancy but it worked just fine. There were only a few forks which wasn’t amazing but we made it work! If you bring your dog be aware that there isn’t a good spot to go potty directly around the place but there is a park not too far. All of that being said, these were minor inconvenience and my fiancé and I had an amazing time. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to a few friends and my mom!

Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight and plan to go back again soon!!

There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.

Walk to everything, clean and cozy

We’ve been coming to Pagosa for quite a few years. Have stayed in various locations. This was the first time staying downtown, the apartment is just as pictured. The patio is perfect to relax and watch the cars go by. We really enjoyed and will definitely recommend!

Did not stay. Lost money. Listing did not state there were stairs. We are older and have bad knees.

Did not stay. Listing did not state it was on second floor. My husband is disabled and my daughter and I have bad knees. Did not find out about it until that morning. We lost 500.00. I was not able to cancel. The cancel button was grayed out. Very disappointed. Probably not use again. Will not recommend. It is not easy for seniors to use. It just really upsets me that we lost that money. Host said if we looked at the pictures we would see it was on second floor. I read the listing that did not state second floor and no elevator.

Great location, nice hot shower, comfortable bed! There were a few kitchen items that were hard to use due to them being broken or well used; the fireplace struggled a little bit too. Everything else was great!

Great condo

This was a great condo, very clean and well appointed. There is some traffic noise day and night which did not bother the humans but kept our dog awake. The listing says it is a full kitchen and lists an oven but there is no oven, this meant that I wasted money on ingredients for a casserole I could not cook and also had to spend $$ to eat out for 2 meals stead. That should be corrected on the listing and most ppl probably don’t cook anyway.

Great location in downtown Pagosa Springs

This is a great property located in downtown Pagosa Springs. You can easily walk to all downtown businesses, the park and the river. We had a couple (very) minor issues, but communication with the host was excellent and everything was taken care of right away. The place was clean, a great size for a couple and homey. This property will definitely be at the top of our list when returning to Pagosa.

Great condo in the heart of pagossa springs

The condo was clean and well equipped. It was spacious and decorated well. It also had a balcony overlooking the street which was nice. The condo is walking distant to downtown and the springs.
