Perfect location

This condo was just what we were looking for. It was the perfect location for our family of 6. We hiked all morning, played in the river all afternoon, and threw frisbees in the park each evening. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book our vacation here again.

Summer in the Mountains

Beautiful home and enjoyed our stay. We wished it had AC but knew upfront it didn’t. Hoping AC is added in future for Summer months such as July, if so we will be back. Otherwise lovely town to get away and enjoy the outdoors.

Spring Ski 2021

Location was good. Very clean. Kitchen had all you needed to cook in house. Family space very comfortable. Park view was good. Space is larger than it appears in pictures. Beds ok, master starting to have a "hole" on right side- this seems to be a problem with memory foam mattresses.

Pagosa Townhouse

We loved the location next to the river and to the park. The townhome was very nice! It was quite clean except for the cobwebs in one of the smaller bedrooms. Other than that we really liked it and enjoyed our stay there.

Love Pagosa

We travel a lot and love VRBO. The San Juan Suite in Pagosa Springs is fantastic. Immaculately clean. Good location just south of the springs. There is a nice park about 10 feet beyond the patio and we loved sitting on the patio looking out onto the park. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Everything was new, modern and spotless. We will definitely stay here again.

You want to stay here!

I only have great things to say about this property. We stayed here for a week with our family of 5, including our 3 kids ages 3-9. The house itself is beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space for all of us and the living/kitchen area was perfect for hanging out. We cooked quite a few of our meals and we had almost all the tools we needed. The owners were informed of the couple small things we needed. The location of this house is amazing! The back yard looks right into a beautiful city park and is literally steps away from the river. Our kids loved it and the grown ups loved sitting on the porch watching the kids have fun. You are close enough that you could ride bikes into Pagosa Springs, easily. So bring bikes if you can. We have rented several VRBOs in Colorado and this is the first one that we all want to come back to. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

Perfect Pagosa Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and beauty of this home! Each day we were able to explore Pagosa’s hiking trails, then come back to the playground, park, and river which ran right next to the condo. It was a perfect location! Management was prompt in handling a little issue that popped up for us, and communication was excellent. We’d love to stay there again in the future! Highly recommend!!!
