We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Pagosa Springs. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. I was a little nervous about the parking/business situation, but it was never an issue. Overall, it had everything we needed. One small request is to add a TV upstairs.

Pros - Conveniently located near dining and grocery. The unit was very clean. Cons - Internet router is old and needs to be replaced. Hot water heater is small and empties quickly.

We had a wonderful stay. It was myself, my son & 2 of his friends. We had enough space for everyone. Close to restaurants and easy to get around. Definitely try Rosie's Pizza (BBQ burnt end pizza) & Higher Grounds Coffee. The Overlook was amazing during the snow. Beautiful drive to Wolf Creek Resort. Very comfortable lodging & clean. It was handy having a full kitchen, nicely stocked with dishes/pans, the washer & dryer. Hopefully we can stay again. I didn't realize there was better lightening in the stairway to the condo until the final day. It was a little tricky coming in the evening. As was the dumpster, couldn't figure which one to use or unlock. But not deal breakers. itrip was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.

The condo was spacious, up-to-date, and was perfect for our family. The kitchen was awesome for when we stayed in. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for all five of us! We highly recommend this place.
