Christian RRP TERRiBLE

Requested a specific location in Wyndham Resort they advised would try to accommodate us. The pictured of place we stayed were not the same. The Masters location was out of the 1980s not updated in other pictured. I emailed Christian RRP no response. Thanks to the front desk and offering to pay for upgrade was moved to Teal Landing where has been remodeled. The Staff at Wyndham is great the VRBO and Christian terrible.

We were "upgraded" to a different unit

The unit I rented had 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds for my adult sons. The "upgraded" units had 2 bedrooms without the 2 single beds. One son slept on the fold out couch. The furniture was very old, the mattresses were extremely old. The screen on the French door was missing. The plates in the cabinet had been used and barely wiped off. We ran everything through the dishwasher. Pans were dirty too. One night during a rainstorm the roof leaked in the master bedroom. Used a trash can to catch the water. We enjoyed the area very much, just didn't get the lodging we paid for.

Nice place to stay

Easy check in, check out. Everything worked. Lovely lake and views. Upkeep on the road directly from check in to unit was poor, but not bad enough to diminish they stay. Parking lots were fine.

We can't wait to come back

This place exceeded our expectations by a mile. We lucked out with what I would assume is one of the best views in the entire community of communities.(you'll know what I mean when you stay) The view was awesome, the unit was thoroughly cleaned. My only gripe was the quality of the outlets almost throughout the unit. They are so loose that your chargers seemingly just fall out of the wall...but it is what it is, because everything else about our trip and experience here was legit. Super mellow, everyone you come across is just as chill, and the drive in to your unit should be peaceful as well...just beautiful !!!. It's a live and let live vibe out here, and we will 100% be coming back when we can. In fact, I am saving our unit number too lol. Thanks a bunch forakong our trip that much better!
