"Locating the front door to the property was difficult and getting into the property was near impossible. The passcode to the apartment was incorrect and the owner did not respond to our messages or phone calls. We were standing outside the apartment door for at least 20 minutes. (Fortunately, a neighbor gave us a telephone number for the owner which was answered and the passcode was changed so we could enter.)     "Yes, the room was clean. However, there was a stale smell of smoke in the room that the staff did take care of. The staff were excellen - helpful, pleasant and extremely professional. The breakfast was also excellent- a real pleasure I would say. The hotel is also in a really good location, situated as it is right on the edge of the historical centre with everything within walking distance."
