The hosts are extremely polite and accommodating, kindly providing us with an umbrella when we had to head out in the rain. A very extensive list of suggestions for activities and restaurants is provided to guests. We were particularly grateful for the effective room heating provided, as we have been freezing in Spain this January!”

“I was locked out of my apartment at 12, electronic key failed and nobody to help until morning, checked into a hotel nearby and paid for the night. Had an apology in the morning for the inconvenience but was not offered any compensation for a terrible night. Electronic doors fail and no back up, beware coming back after 11 , you get no help if you have a problem. I paid at the nearby hotel where I had to stay until morning. And was not offered any compensation for that or my distressful night.”

“very bad. Book this hostel from Hotel.com, be especially careful. October 28, 2015, we booked accommodation from Hotel.com. Orders included dinner that night and breakfast the next day. We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. “无论如何这都不是一家四星级酒店，除了地理位置好，其他都是最多2星标准。房间很小，房内设施也很不好用，只有一个插座，淋浴水忽冷忽热，空调经常自己停止不工作。床头设计更是令人不解，我碰了两次头。明知我们长途旅行有大行李箱，还安排了需要抬行李上数级台阶的房间。房间里没有一瓶免费水，不提供拖鞋，要也没有。我不知道它的高评分是怎么来的。提醒大家避免这家酒店。”

“Access to the Parking Via a Car Lift - unless you have a mini this is a challenging experience at any time of the day. No Hot Water. More Like a 2 star. Bed not made up for children. Broken door leading to the garden so not safe. Cheap.”
