Casa con Encanto en la Costa Brava / Empordà

Escápate a Llofriu, un pequeño y encantador pueblo medieval en pleno Triángulo de Oro de la Costa Brava. Nuestra casa de 200 m² combina diseño contemporáneo con fotografías y piezas de diseño catalán, creando un ambiente cálido, acogedor y único.
El amplio jardín con piscina privada y la chimenea del salón hacen que la casa sea perfecta para disfrutar en cualquier estación: en otoño, los paisajes del Empordà se tiñen de tonos dorados y rojizos, mientras que en verano podrás relajarte tomando el sol o disfrutando de cenas al aire libre.

La casa:
4 dormitorios: 3 con cama doble y 1 con cama individual.
Uno de los dormitorios está preparado como oficina, con escritorio y wifi rápido, ideal para teletrabajar rodeado de calma y paisaje.
2 baños completos y 1 aseo adicional.
Salón amplio y luminoso con ventanales y chimenea, ideal para tardes relajadas frente al fuego.
Cocina moderna y amplia, totalmente equipada, con una isla de acero inoxidable en la que cocinar sintiéndote como un auténtico chef.
Comedores exteriores para disfrutar de desayunos y almuerzos bajo pérgolas de glicinias.
Jardín privado con piscina y tumbonas rodeado de laureles y jazmines, ideal para tomar el sol o descansar bajo las moreras y los olivos.

La casa está rodeada de rutas de senderismo y ciclismo que atraviesan viñedos, bosques y montañas del Empordà. A pocos minutos encontrarás calas escondidas y playas de la Costa Brava, perfectas para paseos tranquilos. A dream house

So happy to have found this house for summer holidays. We sit in the garden every evening wishing it was our place. The kids love the pool and the garden. Llofriu is perfectly quiet yet the perfect distance to all sights and amenities.
