“Nos quedamos sin luz y sin agua caliente, fue muy complicado conseguir ayuda del host. El área y el depa muy bonitos, en primer piso, si tan solo hubieramos podido aprovechar el departamento con Luz, agua caliente, etc hubiera estado superb.”

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything……

“We had an amazing stay at this lovely apartment in Le Marais. You have access to many metro lines, food, shopping, parcs and so much more. This location is perfect for someone visiting Paris for the first time or who would like to be in the trendy fashion district. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed as a family of four to live happily there. As someone who has stayed in many apartments in Paris, the location, price and kindness of the hosts was……

“Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.”

“Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.”

“Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

“It was not the kind of accommodation that I expected. We were close by the main door and the opening of the door can be heard through our room. People were coming and going. There is no view that can be seen from the place unless you go out of the street The refrigerator was also not working. The duvet or donna cover is old.”

“Excellent stay except: heater in bedroom wasn’t working. Heated towel rack also not working and also there were no instructions for it. The host offered to send workers to repair them during our stay but it should have been checked before our stay. ”
