Pros: LA posizione strategica anche per le escursioni (imbarcazioni o automobile) alle varie spiagge. Cons: La cassaforte non funzionante

Saubere schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Eine schöne saubere Ferienwohnung in guter Lage am Hafen des kleinen Ferienortes Palau, schöne Terrasse und gute Größe für 3-4 Personen. Man kann fußläufig alles erreichen: die Fähre nach La Maddalena, viele Restaurants, Bars am Hafen, eine kleine Bäckerei, ein Supermarkt. Am Hafen kann man kleine Schnellboote mieten und die Küste erkunden, Wanderwege gibt es einige. Ein kleiner Strand ist auf der anderen Straßenseite, wer morgens schnell mal ins Wassr will ist hier richtig! ... Wir haben den Urlaub in Sardinien sehr genossen. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn sind älter. Man hört nachts das Schnarchen im hinteren Zimmer und den TV der Nebenwohnung im WZ sehr laut. Gegenüber der Wohnung liegt die Hafenmeisterei, in der draußen viel gewerkelt wird, was auf der Terasse manchmal doch stört... Die Küchenutensilien sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.. Insgesamt daher nur 4 Punkte.

Casa bem localizada e com boas condições.

Pros: Simpatia e disponibilidade da anfitriã; Rápida resolução de situações reportadas à anfitriã; Casa com boas condições, espaçosa e bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário. Cons: O quarto duplo encontra-se localizado junto a uma suposta agência (paredes meias), a qual começa a trabalhar muito cedo(incluindo fins de semana), ouvindo-se tudo no quarto (pessoas a falar bastante alto, logo de madrugada - por vezes antes das 6h), impedindo que se consiga dormir a partir dessa hora.
