  • The villa Maddalena is located in Punta Sardegna and impresses guests with its view of the sea. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi. This accommodation features a private outdoor area complete with a pool, garden, open terrace, and three covered terraces. Additional amenities include a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

    The accommodation is conveniently located in a quiet area near several key destinations: Porto Rafael is just a 2-minute drive away, Palau can be reached in 5 minutes by car, and Costa Serena and the natural park are only 2 minutes away by car. All essential services are within a 10-minute drive.

Posizione fantastica, ospitalità ottima, pulizia pessima

Pros: Posizione della villa fantastica, vista meravigliosa. Zona molto bella e suggestiva. Spazi ampi e luminosi a disposizione, aria climatizzata canalizzata veramente comoda, wi-fi ottimo soprattutto per chi deve lavorare anche durante il soggiorno. Privacy totale. Posto auto coperto. Cons: Pulizia veramente pessima anche dopo il ritorno dell'agenzia incaricata del lavoro. Scarsa manutenzione della villa in termini di piccoli interventi alla quale hanno prontamente posto rimedio dopo le nostre osservazioni. Box doccia assolutamente da sostituire.
