Communication from Carlotta was great and she gave us some great recommendations and was very welcoming The rooms are lovely and well designed with everything you need and good powerful showers. 「the attractions are at walkable distance from the suite. A bit noisy at night because there is a bar next to it. They provide earplugs but we were able to sleep without the earplugs. the room was clean. we stayed here for 3 nights. There was no hot water in the second night (likely the boiler was emptied)」

「very clean room, right in the middle of the activity on a busy street with lots of restaurants but room was quiet from that noise. we did hear the people above us they were quite loud. never saw anyone at the desk. wifi didn't work the first 4.5 days but at least tv did have English channels. very dark in the hallway unless you know to turn on the light switch in the hall. it will auto turn off after a few minutes. also, entrance is just off the main Street there is a little walkway...
