About 120 Euro taxi ride from Catania airport. Reception is not 24/7 so arriving out of hours needs some advance planning. Reception staff are very helpful. 「Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war super. Die Wohnung und Außenanlagen waren sauber, ordentlich und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. 「Spectacular view across the Ionian Sea to Etna sitting on the lovely terrace or eating on the covered porch. Pool is great. Bedrooms and bathrooms are compact; but the house is spacious. We had issues with the fridge, kitchen needs an overhaul and hot water is finicky. Finding the house is a bit challenging; however, the property is a good base for touring Sicily’s east coast. 「A really peaceful stay in a very well equipped resort. We stayed in a superior suite which was absolutely excellent and the food on offer was always to a high standard. We had a car so it was easy to visit the neighbouring towns and villages but without a car it would have been impossible. Therefore, if you want to see more than just the hotel you do need a rental.
