“Don’t be fooled by the old industrial entrance door disguising this peaceful minimalist design hotel. My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating. Lovely peaceful rooms and a huge roof deck where breakfast is served. Highly recommend!!!!! We’ll be back. ”

“Newly refurbished, smart and comfortable room set in an old building in a great location. The area is nice and quiet at night and the building has a little garden courtyard to relax in anytime. Breakfast is a small selection but good quality food and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We really recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Palermo!”

“We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts”

“This is an excellent hotel to stay in Palermo. In the old section of town and close to all the “must see” attractions. The staff at the hotel is first rate. Always available, professional, efficient and courteous. ”

“Was not really clean. Often times toilet paper was missing. Beds were uncomfortable. It's really hard to reach the top bunkbeds. The bottom bunk bed mattress was sunken in so I kept sliding in a hole”

“My main concern with this place was not the room itself (even though the window was basically bricked in, and there was no natural light in there) but the reception staff. The woman at the reception was rude and not very accommodating, she couldn’t reply to simple questions and inquiries, and made the check in process feel very stressful. I’ve been to Italy many times (first time in Palermo), and I think this was the worst service experience I’ve had. On the contrary, the maintenance/cleaning……
