Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.」

「Hotel is not manned all the time, but the team are a WhatsApp away. Clean hotel but, state of repair in the room we had was in need of attention ( cracks, water marks, dents ) Minimal breakfast choice but more than acceptable. Location is close to main thoroughfare.」

「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out. A nice, smaller hotel that had a variety of rooms to accommodate the five adults in our group. And the breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Cannot say enough good things about our stay...
