"Great experience staying here. Very nice room and walking distance to everything you could need. Vincenzo was very helpful. I will be staying here again next year!"
"While we did not know what to expect and were simply looking for a hotel near the Palermo airport, this hotel was a very nice surprise. Great beach and friendly staff."
"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The buildings are quite old, and the location is far from other facilities. It feels more like a small family resort, with not much to do if you’re a younger traveler looking for activities"
"The food at the buffet was terrible and cold. We weren't provided the internet access at checkin. The hotel has definitely seen better days you could tell the grounds and facilities have not been well maintained. There were no towels at the pools and one pool had very loud entertainment that totally ruined any relaxation one may have wanted on vacation. In addition, they played music until 1 am in the morning, so I got very little sleep."
"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special....

"We have travelled to many places around the world and the Hotel Unico d’art is right up there with the very best. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Monica who along with the rest of the staff could not have been more warm and friendly and helpful to us. Our room with a large terrace and private large jacuzzi was fantastic. The pool area overlooked the sea and provided a very quiet and tranquil atmosphere to enjoy. There are ample sunbeds although we often had the whole pool to ourselves. The staff were always available to serve drinks and snacks during the day or evening. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and a menu to select hot food if desired. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely area to relax and enjoy the wonderful views of Mondello Bay. The hotel is an easy walk into Mondello square where there are numerous restaurants to choose from . The hotel is right on the coast and a short walk to the beaches. We had the best holiday here and will definitely be back again soon."
"I was skeptical when I first booked my stay at Mondello Glam - how can a new hotel be so popular? why was it so affordable? where was the catch? there was no catch. can you call it a business if you feel like youre coming home? I think about Mondello, and I miss it. I miss the people that work there. I miss walking the boardwalk back to my room. they touched my heart - made it personal. they have mastered the art of hospitality, as a service, in their location, their cleanliness and eagle-eye attention to detail. they are perfectly located between the strip with all the restaurants and capo gallo. walk a bit further and you have all the beaches. whether you are traveling solo, on holiday, business, Mondello Glam is an incredible addition to this charming little beach town. I'm very grateful to everyone there who made my stay so special and helped me fall in love with Sicily. Grazie mille ❤️"
"An absolute beautiful small hotel to stay in. Very organised and atmosphere is very charming and relaxing.
You can have breakfast by the pool and view the sea with a cool breeze and gentle music playing in the background.
Pool is open 9am to 7pm with one hour closure between 1:30-2:30pm
Again gentle music playing in the background making very settled and relaxing atmosphere. Bar and lifeguard are in place too.
The private beach that is connected to the hotel was so safe and organised. There is a secure entry and reception to it. Non hotel members can use the beach but have to pay a fee. Hotel members can access beach for free but need to pay for umbrella and beds if needed(€15).
Beach also provides locked private changing rooms. As well as there is a lifeguard and security in place.
There is a small play ground for kids to play in and a Volleyball game in the area for teenagers and older. There is also a good reasonable priced cafeteria at the beach.
Beautiful sandy beach one can’t get enough of and is mostly visited by families. The neighbouring private beach Saracen have louder cheerful music and beach activities which adds to the fun.
Local train station is Capaci and is about 15 min walk, but train frequency to Palermo central is every hour and takes about 45 minutes or half an hour to plazzo Reale-Orleans, so it is advisable to plan accordingly, otherwise a lot of time can be wasted waiting for the trains and getting to places.
I highly recommend this hidden gem"
