满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Apartment was very clean and the appliances (I.e. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, basic supplies, HVAC) were great for a two week stay. Location is unbeatable for local history- most major sites are 10-30 minutes walking. Airport shuttle bus is close by. Good kitchen with basics covered (olive oil, salt and pepper, sponges, garbage bags). They accommodated a late check-in (which had a cost), so arrange that ahead of time. There was also a tourist tax, so bring cash when you check in.
Accessibility: Building is in a quiet, residential street off Via Roma. Street stones can be slippery in rainy weather. Need to open narrow gate with a key to enter the building. Internal courtyard has steps, ramps, and an elevator. The unit is on the main floor, single bedroom is up a set of stairs. Main floor bathroom is spacious and outfitted with toilet, sink, and bidet. Upstairs bathroom is also spacious with ample storage, and has sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and shower with handheld hose.
Overall, we had a great stay— check-in was seamless, our host was kind and informative, and the apartment was comfortable with all you need immediately upon check-in.
IMPORTANT: Opening the door can be tricky. Turn the key counter-clockwise to the left until it stops, then pull on the handle while also firmly turning the key more counter-clockwise and you should feel a “click”
