"The area is safe plus the B&B is within a locked gate. There is only a glass door on the entry however there is a shade to draw for privacy. Beds were tolerable but not great. Very clean and convenient to everything. Host is great and allowed us to leave bags on property until check in. Neighbors (right outside of gate) were very loud until early morning hours often revving motorcycle in the alley. All in all I do recommend."

"Lukten på toalettet var forferdelig, så ta med luftrenser. Underdimensjonert aircondition, spesielt soverommet er veldig varmt. kjøkken i dårlig stand, men maur. Dialogen med utleier var tung, og gikk på flere forskjellige plattformer, og hele tiden var ønske om å selge flere tjenester. Plantene på terrassen har død for flere år siden. Flott inngangsparti for hele bygget og fin utsikt. "

"By far the biggest advantage of this property is its location in the middle of the busy dining district of the old town. It is on a side miniature street, hence very quiet. The room we rented (Barbara) is quite large with a mini open-air balcony, a table and a couch. It would have been nice to have a second chair to be able to dine at the table, but this is a minor gripe. I did not give it top marks for the property condition because some of the furniture is a bit run down and some of the rooms...

"Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good. Only complaint is that there was significant street noise. Woke up to loud music blasting from cars a few times. Had very good air conditioning which was a relief since it was so hot and humid outside."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Palermo. The location was excellent, putting us within easy reach of the city’s main attractions and making it very convenient for getting around on foot. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day before heading out to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with recommendations or requests, which added a lot to the overall experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, though on the smaller side, so those who prefer more spacious accommodations may want to keep this in mind. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Palermo who values a prime location, good food, and warm service."

"Location - Great location, easy walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. Also very easy to catch the bus to and from the airport. Also transport to Mondello beach, so well connected. Room - The room could not have been cleaner, every day it was cleaned to a high standard. Everything was modern and a lovely balcony. Blackout blinds and air con make for a good sleep! Staff - They could not have been more helpful, giving local knowledge and answering questions. Great stay and great price!"
