Great location

Great location within walking distance of many sites and restaurants. We would stay there again. Quiet and secure with door man.

In the centre

This apartment is in a very good central location near some great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay. The beds in the second bedroom are really only suitable for children though.

Location near everything!

What a perfect 4 night stay and introduction to Palermo. We walked everywhere and could not have had a better time. Food choices were everywhere available and one was better than the last. Tourist attractions are all around and truly breathtaking.

Clean, modern, apartment in a great central location

We felt lucky to choose this location because it made it easy to walk to many sites and restaurants. Not far from Quatro Canti, center of town. There is an elevator and a door man. Stefano, the owner, and Rodi, the apt manager, couldnt have been nicer. And there is a nice pastry shop 2 blocks down Via Roma that opens at 6 am!

Nice property, well located, clean and spacious. Hosts very accommodating of early arrival and late departure. Only minor complaint is the creaky and hard single beds.

Nice Place and Well Located

This is a nice two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Palermo. It’s within walking distance of everything, which is great. The building is very secure and safe, with a concierge at the entrance. The apartment can actually sleep 6 if necessary (Queen bed in main bedroom, two single beds in second bedroom, and a pull-out sold). On bathroom and decent kitchen too. All in all a nice safe place in the heart of Palermo.

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Right near Via Roma so easy to get to but on an inside courtyard so quiet. We walked everywhere but there are buses nearby if you prefer. We appreciated our host’s suggestions for dinner. I had the best pizza of my life at Funnaco.

Good location for exploring

Check in was easy. Rodi was really helpful and helped us park. We managed to park right outside the property and it was free. I don't think we would found the parking spot without Rodi's help though. The apartment is is in a great location and felt really secure. Given it is Given it

Peace & quiet refuge in busy Palermo

Great location, easy access to airport bus . A great little apartment, very neat & clean with everything you'd need for short stay. Very thankful for aircon as was very hot outside. Stefano was very accommodating & communicated very well enabling easy access which was greatly appreciated. Lift access a real bonus!!! Would just suggest more suited to 2 adults & 2 children as single beds quite small (one not a great base/mattress) ,- guessing the couch doubles as a sofa bed which we didn't use so yes could accommodate 6 Some info re local eatery recommendations would have been helpful. A great little spot - Roni's help was also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend! Thank you

Amazing location

Very nice apartment, with an amazing location…easy walk to all the sites Check was easy with the manager, who met us. The apartment was comfortable and clean …the only small issue was the shower is a little grungy. Great 1 night stay for us.

The apartment is just that, an apartment. Rather bare with no interior design effort. The one positive thing I liked was the door to the apartment was like a bank vault and very secure. The location was good with laundry just around the corner across from a great breakfast place. You could watch your laundry finish up and walk across the street to pick it up. The building was surprising quiet for being in the middle of a very busy area of Palermo.

We cannot review the actual apartment because we didn't get to stay there. Due to a glitch in the system, the apartment was double-booked and the other guests had already checked in. As soon as Stefano was aware of this, he had his assistant Rodi find an alternative accomodation for us. It was in the same neighborhood so we can tell you that the neighborhood is terrific -- it's a great location, walkable to everything.Stefano was very professional and his assistant, Rodi, was wonderful. She met us at the apartment and kindly answered all of our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

Short stay in Palermo

Rodi is a gem! We were on the last leg of a 10 day girl's trip and made a quick stop to Palermo where we stayed at Rodi's apartment. We arrived a little early and she offered for us to leave our heavy bags while the cleaning was being finished and we explored the city. Rodi invited us in to her apartment and gave us ideas for must see places making our trip all the more better. The apartment was clean, quiet, cool and comfortable and is in the perfect location- very close to some great markets and food. We loved our stay here and Rodi's hospitality and would definitely stay here again if we ever make the trip back.

Rodi, la personne qui nous accueille, est particulièrement gentille, attentionnée et disponible. Elle a accompagné mon mari pour aller faire des achats, nous a donné de bons conseils de restos et nous a trouvé un taxi à notre départ. L’appartement est propre et confortable, dans un vieil immeuble rénové. Il est moins grand que les photos le laissent croire. La salle de bain a besoin d’amour…!!! Le quartier est bruyant mais l’appartement donnant sur une cour intérieure, sans grand intérêt par ailleurs, on peut dormir tranquilles.
