Simply wonderful!

I just loved my stay her. Alessio and Vicenzo are wonderful hosts on every level. I also had a massage with Vicenzo and highly recommend doing it! The palazzo is within easy walking distance of the best that Palermo has to offer.

Confortable clean room with good AC. Walking distance to many notable areas and the train station that connects to the airport (8 min walk). Nice breakfast in the morning with both Italian or American coffee. No room fridge but we were able to store a few items in the common fridge. The hosts were very nice and accommodating, helping to print our boarding pass and allowing us to stay a little later because our flight wasn't until the afternoon.

Had a a very good time in Palermo, among others thanks to my accomodation. The Palazzo Cutelli is an excellent place to stay. It is within short walking distance of the centre and also bus station to airport was less than 10 min walk away. The hosts are lovely and were always helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. During the night it was quiet, only during daytime there was some noise from the street, due to the typical nice old window / door to the balcony. Thanks Alessio and Vicenzo!

Ideal location for Palermo sight seeing

Alessio's apartment was fantastic. Perfect location to be in the busy streets near the theatro massimo without being in the noisy part itself. It is about a 3 minute walk from Palermo Lolli train station and a 30 minute walk to the main station. We stayed for 2 nights before getting the train to Catania. The room itself was massive and the balcony was nice just to get a bit of fresh air if you needed it. Alessio was extremely helpful and everything was conveniently done through WhatsApp so there was never any stress. Even when we ran out of toilet paper!

Fun Palermo digs

If you want to immerse yourself into Italian life-style, this is a great place. You get the local flair, including the noises from the street and local population. A total change of pace if you come from the US!! And really a lot of fun to hear the people talking outside, the bells of the churches around, and the bustling of Palermo. This B&B is so well located - right near the historical district where a tourist would want to be - everything within walking distance. And when you get "home", you truly leave the tourists behind! The room was large, the AC was superb, the sizeable bathroom very functional, and the bed oh-so-comfortable! Quite comfortable for two people. Breakfast was good, nothing warm except for coffee, tea, or toast, but enough choices for anyone. What made it really special was the welcome from the two owners. Vicenzio is mostly the one who runs the B&B, and he will do anything to make your stay great! And regardless of what you ask for, he always has a great smile that says "I'll take care of you!" This place makes memories! I am still smiling about it!

Very clean and comfortable place

We arrived at the Palermo Airport and traveled by train to the accommodation. Our host was very friendly and helped us carrying the luggage to our room. We received a map of Palermo and recommendations where to eat. The room was very clean and we had our own bathroom, also very clean. The provided towels were super soft and the room could be darkened by window panels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The breakfast contained a lot of cake and even cheese and ham. Parking space is just around the corner. We would stay there again :)
