Beautiful apartment!

This is a beautiful property, very well-located and amazingly quiet. Wonderful walks in every direction. Plentiful kitchen supplies and foods to start our stay. Cannot recommend highly enough to any Palermo visitors!

Great location

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with more than we could have imagined. We hardly had to shop for anything. The location was great as it was not in the thick of the tourist area but we easily walked to all the main attractions. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Feels like home!

The location of this apartment is just wonderful, not only we were able to walk to a lot of places, but more importantly we felt like locals. There are two fabulous cathedrals just across the street from us, daily wedding ceremonies were held there, we walked into a 50s wedding anniversary ceremony as well, we chatted with locals with my broken Italian and they were all so nice to us... it simply felt home.

Wonderful location

Massimo greeted us with a smile and showed us around, it was early evening so we were pleased to receive a wonderful welcome pack. Parking isn’t easy in Palermo but there were spaces available. A short walk to all the historic sites and many restaurants. We didn’t get the chance to enjoy the wonderful rooftop terrace, but it’s a great addition. Kindest regards, Paul.

Felt like home!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, the abundance of household and bath supplies, and the friendly service we received from the management. We were pleasantly surprised and especially appreciated that the fridge was well stocked with many delicious food items, as well as a lovely fruit basket. The large terrace was very enjoyable too. The convenient location is very central, and within a 20 minute walk of some the main attractions in the historic district of Palermo, as well as the Central train station. The only reason we are reluctantly giving this 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because there was an issue with the frequent noise from what appears to be the water pump for the building, which was quite irritating. The noise from a neighbor's TV and the street traffic was also a bit annoying, and required a good set of wax ear plugs to sleep comfortably. Despite this we would recommend the apartment because of all the positives. Having an elevator was also a big plus.

Amazing Stay

Great Location Adorable Property.

The location is great to get to all the areas of Palermo. You can park a car on the street and you can walk basically everythere. They had so many treats to enjoy when we arrived, we barely had to shop for anything! such a special touch to do this for us. Only issue is the electricity. You basically have to shut the AC to wash clothes or blow dry your hair. The washer is a bit confusing and it stayed on hours at a time and we sat wth no AC until we figured how to shut the washer. We basically unplugged it. This is a minor issue. Everything else in this rental is perfect. Thanks again for a fabulous stay,

Almost perfect, one of our very best vacation apartments, luxurious for a couple

Just like photos except second bathroom is huge with tub, and second bedroom is small with ¾ bed. Lots of storage everywhere, obviously someone's secondary home designed with care. Greeted with personal note from owner plus TWO fruit platters/bowls plus fridge and pantry with lots of food. NEVER had such a gracious host before. Wonderful terrace upstairs with covered table and chairs. Large French doors in almost every room for light and air, and windows that open in the two others (kitchen, master bath.)... Wish we had known there was a small grocery on our street a block away instead of schlepping to Aldi's 20 minutes away... Mgr is very responsive, best to text... Noise from street below at night (if you like cracked windows) AND water pump noise so bring your white noise app/ear protection for sleeping.

Charmant und authentisch

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Wohnung am Rand der Altstadt. Gefüllter Kühlschrank mit vielen Köstlichkeiten, noch nie so erlebt. Sehr schöne Dachterasse (bräuchte noch etwas Frühjahrsputz, Bodenfliesen, ..). Nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum großartigen Palazzo Butera und Richtung Meer zum Parco Tomasi de Lampedusa. Dort entlang der Straße auch kostenloses Parken möglich. Ca. 5 min Fußweg zur Wohnung.

Amazing Experience

We have just returned from a month in Italy including 8 nights at this property. We prefer to rent properties vs hotels and this is the best property we have ever rented. The communication from the initial inquiry to check out was fantastic and timely. Wonderful Italy helped us book a boat tour and lined up a taxi to the airport as well. The property itself was exactly as described. It was very hot and all of the air conditioners were working overtime and kept us very comfortable. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with fruit, refreshments (alcoholic and non), meats/cheeses, and much more. Getting groceries is usually one of our first tasks and that was a fantastic touch. The rooftop patio is incredible and gives you a great place to unwind in the evening when the heat of he day has passed. The living room is spacious and the bedrooms worked well for us. The washing machine was very important given the weather and the bathrooms couldn't have been better. The satellite tv wasn't working properly but who needs that on vacation. We advised the team and I'm sure they will look into it. The only other point of feedback is that the door to the patio needs a little grease ; ) I would not only recommend this property but if we get back to Sicily, we would stay here without hesitation.

Schöne Wohnung

Große, gemütliche Wohnung, gediegen möbliert, alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Heizung funktioniert bestens, Bett bequem, Aufzug hilfreich! Parken auf der Straße möglich, aber aufpassen: ZTL i n unmittelbarer Nähe. Die größte Überraschung waren der gefüllte Kühlschrank sowie die vollen Obstschalen. Die netten Worte der Besitzer haben uns auch sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank!!

Tolle Wohnung & fantastische Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, hat alles was man braucht. Man geht die Treppe hoch und erreicht eine fantastische Dachterrasse mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und zwei separaten Sitzbereichen. Als wir ankamen war der Kühlschrank prall gefüllt, wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und der Service war toll. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Asunto oli kodikas ja erityisesti kattoterassi oli paljon käytössä . Jääkaappikin oli täytetty, ettei heti tarvinnut kauppaan lähteä.
