Charming apartment great location

Very clean and comfortable in terrific old building- with restaurant right at the front. A couple of new pillows would be good, a clothes dryer and a dishcloth. Otherwise perfect.

This a very charming apartment, modern, chic clean and comfortable. It has separated lounge room and bedroom, a Juliet balcony with wooden shutters. Great location, walking distance to everywhere, lots of cafe, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. A gentleman checked me in, explained the area to me, made some recommendations. Good communication too. There are some minor issues of maintenance but not serious. I am very happy with the property.

Quick two day stay. Delayed flight made for late hectic check in. Hosts were able to meet us. Restaurant just outside door made us a fantastic late night dinner. The area is authentic. You get your money’s worth here and it’s close to all the action. Apartment looks like the pictures but just a bit older. Bathroom needs a shine.

Great location, tired apartment

The location is the reason it worked for us. It’s a good size but not well cared for. The shower was unusable when we arrived, they fixed it the next day. The electric socket for the kettle was hanging out of the wall, with only the one socket trying to plug in the coffee maker was a tense process . We reported the problem. A guy on a bike arrived with an extension lead. So that was the fix then. It worked, no one died.

Not what we expected

This property was in a decent location, walkable to many attractions. What appalled me was the condition of the bathroom. There is a water drainage problem in shower and due to this there is black MOLD in the shower and on the outer walls.. I can't understand how you rent this out without fixing the problem first. Also there is no place to hold your soap, shampoo etc while showering. Total disappointment.

Noce location, nice flat, beautiful building

Nice location, nice flat, 5 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to the dome on foot. Easy to find a parking spot in ZTL Zone in front of the house, guess we got lucky every day.

Nice place, great location

Nice apartment, located within walking distance of all the sights in the old city. Quiet. Two drawbacks: communication with Wonderful Italy was difficult; texts went to a central office and sometimes weren’t ever answered. Also, the internet was unreliable.

Prinzipiell ganz gut. ABER sehr laut und hellhörig. Um die Ecke ein toller "Imbiss" zu echt fairen Preisen und nettem Personal. Einige Defekte waren zu beklagen. Supermärkte in ca 15Min. Entfernung (lidl/famila)Was besonders aber fehlt...Eine Sache, die wirklich fehlt -- Eine Art von Willkommensmappe mit allen wichtigen Infos zu Öffis der Umgebung usw.

The property was clean and in a good location, also in a quieter part of town.Overall the property was spacious enough for 2 people for a stay, but pretty standard but was in a location close to shops, the main streets, the water front etc. (everything you need!)We did find the property to be overall more run down than the photos let on, with lots of general wear and tear. We feel the property would benefit from some general maintenance, as well as some additional items such as better or more pillows, a tea towel to ensure guests can tidy up properly, enough toilet roll for a guests stay and it would be beneficial for the property to have a lockbox with a key in rather than needing to meet the host at the address, as for guests like ourselves, could be a bit stressful due to changes in travel plans (our bus was cancelled and then the next was delayed).

Appartemment propre,tres bien situé. Équipement minimalisteAccueil quasi absent.malgre plusieurs mail informant notre arrivée tardive, nous navons recu aucune reponse, pas de boîte a clef , nous avons ete contraints de passer la nuit sur un banc, il y a mieux comme accueil....Par ailleurs aucun produit de première nécessité, même pas une bouteille d'eau fraîche....

L’hébergement était très bien pour notre séjour ! On s’y est très bien senti, il faut juste revoir le fer à repasser qui ne s’allumait pas et le robinet de douche qui a pu s’enlever mais le reste était parfait

Great apartment in a great location!

Loved this apartment located in a great area of Palermo. The apartment is in a Beautiful building in the Old town. 10 minute walk from Quattro Canti and the city centre. Lots of great places to eat, we especially loved A'nica which was 5 minute walk from the apartment.
