「The folks at the reception desk are super friendly and super helpful. The communication prior to arrival was great. We had a 2 room suite that was very comfortable. The location was central to the older part of Palermo. 2 restaurants i suggest you reserve ahead of time, Locale and Nona Dora」

「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「We only stayed for 1 night. This hotel is a top. I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place before. We got an upgrade to a deluxe room. Clean, spacious, modern, quite,... Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. Gym and spa we did not have time to use. I would Recommend to stay there. Water in the swimming could be a bit warmer thou. Great views. We loved it!!! 」

「酒店位于市中心，大堂不大，但是装修不错。早餐内容很少，显然没有达到五星标准。工作人员的态度比较一般，尤其是叫出租车，希望安排三辆，却来了四辆，而且出租车不打表，一点点路，居然收取每部车20欧，显然斩客，很是郁闷。」
