The staff is outstanding and attentive and cares for its guests. I have been singing its praises since staying there. I highly recommend you take the time for a visit if you are on Sicily. 「The staff were delightful. The location is superb. The 12 noon checkout allowed for a leisurely morning of sightseeing rather than having to rush vis-a-vis a 10 AM deadline. The building is gorgeous.」

「The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. 」

「Ontzettend teleurstellend. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles mooi en luxe, maar zodra we onze hotelkamer binnenkwamen, bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders te zijn. Er was veel kapot in de kamer: het gordijn hing los, de ophanghaakjes waren kapot, de toiletrolhouder zat los en de algemene staat van de kamer was slecht onderhouden. De douche was echt vies en er zat schimmel in, wat absoluut niet acceptabel is voor een wellnesshotel. Ook was de douchekop stuk; deze lekte aardig. Daarnaast waren er...
