The Enchanted Chatelet sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and is anything but your typical getaway retreat. Amid a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, nirvana-like bathroom, romantic hanging drapes and illuminated fire pit, you will find all the comforts of home with a touch of Magic!!

The Enchanted Chatelet also offers all the amenities for the perfect home away from home, such as a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with condiments and everything to serve, cook and enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals.

You will have access to a spacious living room with Flat Screen TV with ROKU and access to your favorite movie apps, High Speed Wi-Fi internet, Washer and Dryer, optional BBQ grill, and large backyard area for all your entertainment needs.

At the end of a day filled with adventure, find peace and serenity and enjoy your favorite family memories or highlight of your vacation around the fire cozy fire pit, or relax in the spacious living room and enjoy your favorite movies or board games.

STRICTLY ENFORCED:

The property can accomodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

Intimate family gatherings and quiet dinners are welcomed at no charge. 10 people or less including confirmed guests and children 2-12 years!

1 gathering per guest stay.

No more than 4 cars parked on property per guest stay. Please do not park across the street, on neighbor's lawns or block driveways!

$500 fee will be assessed if guest is found in violation of these terms.

SMOKING:
Permitted outdoors ONLY, PLEASE DISCARD CIGARETTE BUTTS PROPERLY.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in: $25/hour
LATE checkout: $50/hour.
Place requests and payments in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Checkout time is promptly at 10am. Late fee of $50 will be charged after 10:15 am and every subsequent hour thereafter.

TRASH DAYS
-Trash Days are: Mondays and Thursdays, Recycling: Wednesdays! PLEASE ALWAYS LEAVE TRASH BINS BY THE CURB UPON CHECK-OUT.


BOOKING ALTERATION REQUESTS:

One courtesy change can be made to an existing reservation. For any subsequent changes thereafter, a $50 fee will apply.
Changes 24 hours or less from checkout time, will automatically incur $50 fee.

PROPERTY ACCESS:
Owners and representatives entering property:
Occasionally, the Owner or designated representatives (Housekeeper or repair person) my need to enter property at any reasonable time for inspections, maintenance or repair.

Pest Control, HVAC, Landscape and Pool maintenance personnel may enter grounds of property through side gates any time without prior notice and may need indoor access.

EVENT RENTAL:
Please contact us for hourly rate to book The property as a venue.
Up to 25 Guests, WITH PRIOR APPROVAL

Have your event, reception, and accommodations venue all wrapped up into one location! With the most quaint yard setting, The Enchanted Chatelet's beautiful outdoors is set up perfectly for your special day, providing a gorgeous spot for a garden event!
3 suites on-site, provide sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests, however, there is plenty of room to accommodate an intimate event of up to 25 guests on the grounds with a maximum of 6 cars parked on property. Noise Ordinance still Strictly enforced.

Vacation Rental – Quick Rules & Essentials

Check-In & Access

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check'out: 10:00 AM
• Keyless, time-sensitive electronic lock

Starter Supplies Provided
Self-catering home. Guests are responsible for additional supplies beyond the starter kit:

• 1 dish towel, sponge, dish detergent
• 1 paper towel roll
• Garbage bags (1 per bin + 1 extra)
• 3 dishwasher pods
• 1 shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispenser or set per bathroom
• Toilet paper: 2 rolls per bathroom

Towels & Bedding
• Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
• Beach/Pool towels are not provided – please bring your own.

BBQ Grill
• Optional one-time fee: $25.00
• Please bring your own grilling essentials

Occupancy & Conduct

• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced per listing and local codes.

• Over-occupancy results in penalties and possible eviction without refund.

• No pets, smoking, parties, or events without prior notice, subject to penalty.

Climate Control
• A/C set between 72°F–78°F (Auto/Cool).
• Lower settings may damage the system and result in penalties.

Maintenance, Wear & Liability
• Home may show normal wear and tear; no refunds for cosmetic issues.

• Property cleaned prior to arrival; guests must maintain condition.

• No refunds for weather, early departure, construction, or property amenity interruptions.

• Property may be substituted if necessary due to unforeseen events.

Damages & Inspections
• Property inspected after checkout.
• Unreported damages will be charged in full through the booking channel.

Limitation of Liability
Management and property owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the stay.
