Completely renovated in the summer of 2018, this residence features all new furniture, floor coverings and accessories. The designer kitchen is all new and perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the residence.

The residence is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks on the property and great restaurants are just minutes from the condo. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the condo. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away.

Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, I need to register it and you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.
