Relax and enjoy this private, gated oceanfront condo with 2 on-site pools, fitness center, and multiple amenities. The beautiful beach with coquina rocks is very unique to this part of Florida. Just over the rocks enjoy the inviting blue-green waters of the Atlantic Ocean or sit and enjoy the peaceful beach with its abundant wildlife. After spending some time on the beach, enjoy tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoe or bocci ball. Explore the intracoastal amenities such as kayaking, fishing or boating. The Jacuzzi and grills for cooking out complement the pool area.

This 1640 sq ft spacious condo boasts 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and wonderful views. The well equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a home cooked meal while looking out at the crashing waves. The open concept living area leads to a private balcony with the most gorgeous views of the beach. Close to St Augustine, Marineland, the gorgeous Matanzas Inlet and many more attractions.

***Please note : 1 month minimum rental

***A Vehicle access device for $25 is available for renters. Renters need to fill out paperwork and pay for it at the MSOA office on the day of arrival. If you do not wish to purchase the vehicle access device, you can enter the property with a gate pass but note that the guard is not on the property after 10pm. Renters must use a call box to get into the property after 10pm.

First I want to say that this is a simply beautiful place!!! The views are amazing and the furnishings are lovely! Very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our 2 month stay! Communication with the owner was Great (above and beyond)!!! The decorations and the little details (Great towels) were very nice!!It is very roomy and spacious. The building is secure and private and we liked the covered parking!! We can’t say enough Amazing Things about this condo! One of our favorite stays with VRBO!! We would love to return!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! As a side note.. Violas restaurant just down the road a bit is Awesome!! The Publix is less than 8 minutes away

We’ll appointed Condo with beautiful view

My husband and I stayed for a month in this beautiful condo. The kitchen is very well stocked including cleaning supplies and lots of extras. The view is absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed sitting on the lanai reading and enjoying the sound of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms large with plenty of storage. The owner was super quick to respond to any question or issues! Really over the top. Now my reason for 4 stars. The complex is extremely large 3 buildings (over 600 units). 1 unit has a pool on its own that is not to be used except building 1 owners/renters. The pool for bldg 2-3 was closed for resurfacing the entire month (we were not notified), but the fire table and grills could be used. There is an additional pool a little walk away we were able to use. Except the last week, the HOA closed that pool also. So we were left with a small Pool to use across A1A (not heated and crowded since the others were closed). Then the last week I had my grandkids and family over, the HOA closed the BBQ area (no notice) we planned dinner which we then had nowhere to cook or be outside. This was not the fault of the owner but speaks to the HOA (major renovations in the middle of spring break/snow birding. really?) Ask what amenities will be available or closed during your stay. Overall a great stay but super bummed over the lack of facilities available. Would stay again with an understanding of what will be open.

Wonderful Surfside Home away from Home

This was our first visit to Palm Coast and also our first time using VRBO. I was a bit nervous at first; but our host, Hilda, answered all our questions right away and quickly set my mind at ease. Check in through the guard gate and access to the condo was easy. The grounds are beautifully kept and the building is clean and extremely well maintained. In fact, the full-time staff clean the building daily and are all quite friendly. The unit itself was perfect for our stay. It was exactly as depicted online and a lovely place to call home for the duration of our 2 month visit. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large comfortable dining area. We enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean, having breakfast on the balcony and spending time on the beach at sunrise. The sunrises are truly magnificent! Our host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly when the thermostat stopped working. She sent someone out and had it replaced that same day. She was also quite accommodating and went above and beyond by putting in a desk so we could easily work from “home.” Surf Club is located just north of Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and south of Marineland. It is quiet, set apart from the crowds and a great place to relax. We would definitely stay again!
