Beautiful and we'll managed house

This an excellent property and would strongly consider booking again if I find myself in palm coast. Had everything my family from 1-83 years old needed or wanted and had excellent access to quiet and beautiful beaches.

We stayed for a few days on our way to Disney. The house, pool and beach were amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer. If we do it again we are staying after Disney to relax lol.

House was everything listed and more. Short walk to quiet beach. BBQ, Seafood, bagels and groceries within 5 minute drive. St. Augustine 25 minutes.

The home was exactly as pictured with all the amenities plus some that are not. Short walk to the beach and a wonderful pool. Spacious area for spending time with family upstairs and downstairs. This would have been a 5 star across the board in all areas, but there was no mention of a new construction home in progress. Overall, the noise was not bad, except when trying to relax at that pool. Just would have liked to have known. Beach Chairs, Cart and tent---not listed in booking and brought our own. Would definitely rent again and bring more family. Wonderful family vacation home.

A perfect experience!

Our experience was exactly what was promised and then some! There was plenty of space and spot on accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the house was functional and extremely beautiful and felt new and modern. We had plenty of space to spread out and lots of spaces we could spend time together. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed it very much. Very close to Publix which made it easy. The BBQ place just down the street is a 10/10! The home itself is perfect and the distance to the beach was as promised… just a few houses down then we were on the sand. The beach had great sand, it was quiet and not crowded at all. No rocks or anything that kept us out of the water. We would definitely like to stay there again. Worth every penny. 100% recommend!

This was a perfect home for my family & I. We had people from 6months to 65 stay here and it accommodated all. We did Amazon some things for our little one that we “wanted” to have down there but they had all that we needed and got the address way in advance to order what we wanted. The beach was a 2 minutes walk from the house and there were plenty of chair,umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys to bring from the house along with a wagon to bring it all down in. The pool was a perfect size for all 7 of us as well as the outdoor patio space and grill! The house itself was clean and equipped with all the kitchen utensils needed. Will definitely be staying here next year!

The house looked exactly as pictured! The check in/out processes were smooth. Alina did reach out shortly before our stay to let us know there is an active construction site next door, but the rate of progress happening over there likely would not disrupt us. In the 6 days we were there there was about an hour worth of activity next door so it was not an issue. We coukd see the ocean from the balcony and it was a very short walk to the beach for morning sunrises!
