The dining room comfortably seats 10 and is ready for you to have a wonderful family gathering. The living room has a candlelit fireplace and a generous amount of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking waterfront atmosphere as well as a fully equipped entertainment center. The modern pool just off the living room has ample space for pool games and it has a large hot-tub. A half-bathroom as well as the sauna room are accessible from the pool’s lanai. A pergola and lush landscaping at the north end of the pool has a gas firepit, lounge seating, and more incredible views of the lagoon which is home to several species of exotic birds, turtles and even sea otter.
