Great area to stay. Easy drive to Orlando and other venues. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Would suggest owner replace the well worn pots and pans, and add in larger pots. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean.

House is good, cleanliness is questionable.

My overall impression was okay. The house cleanliness was a little disappointing. We had to buy a mop to mop the entire house before we could enjoy our vacation because our feet were black and filthy. They must have fumigated the house for bugs before we check in because the garage smell was so bad you could not stay in there without opening the garage door, the fumes was almost suffocating. There were a few dead and alive roaches we killed or picked up throughout the house. After sweeping and mopping the house to freshen the air and was able to walk around barefoot with clean feet we enjoyed the rest of our time there. We brought quik shades to put by the pool for shade, the dock had a cleaning table we used for the fish we caught. Overall the house was fine, it accommodated our family as needed and we enjoyed our time. The only disappointment was dirty floors, dead roaches and the smell from the garage. Next time I would suggest a thorough cleaning inspection and fumigate the house days in advance. When booking a stay, you are charged a cleaning fee, well, this is a fee I would like to negotiate. At the beginning of our stay, I emailed the host on the floors and a few minor issues, and the host was very responsive, and I never had to worry about any lack of communication. I gave this house a 4 star overall because everything else besides us cleaning was good.
