The only issue was the fry pan for the room was way too large for the burners. Room was big and spacious and clean. Couch was brand new. Perfect stay. Spark by Hilton Ormond Beach Oceanfront
The room had a few cosmetic flaws. Chipped paint by the sliding balcony door. But the room was clean. Staff was friendly. Being able to walk right out to the beach was the best.

Lotus Boutique Inn & Suites
The property has some updates. Our room has some clear updates while being very worn but not offensive. Was in Florida for an event and every hotel was charging crazy rates so can’t say much do the value of this place.
