“非常之好的體驗，由於酒店遲了給我們房間，他們馬上作出適當的報告，給我們upgrade了房間，而且送上了小食作為禮物，前台服務人員態度良好，反應積極，只要稍作示意，便有服務員查問需要幫忙的事項，總是笑面迎人的，酒店環境設施非常新，而且非常人性化，房間設備齊全，唯獨因環保原因，沒有牙刷，必須自行準備。酒店設施非常齊全，有私人沙灘從酒店行出去只需1分鐘，而且也非常多服務員幫忙。除了沙灘外還有暖水泳池，分別有家庭泳池及小童泳池。同時也有相當多的球類活動可供選擇。整個體驗非常良好。”

“Schönes Hotel, moderne, saubere Zimmer mit viel Stauraum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Baustelle aber die Fenster sind sehr gut gedämmt, sodass uns der Lärm nicht gestört hat. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Meerblick erhalten obwohl wir das einfache Zimmer gebucht hatten. Ein Balkon seitlich zu buchen lohnt sich aber nicht wirklich. Die Brüstung ist sehr hoch und im Sitzen kann man nicht darüber schauen. Im Stehen hat man aber eine schone Sicht aufs Riesenrad. Insgesamt wird in……

“Mediocre apartment in a building with very few service offerings. We arrived late and this was accommodated nicely but with a message of having to pay 800AED cash for deposits... The overall appearance of the apartment is that it has seen better days, furniture and interior is worn and somewhat stained. The cleaning done prior to our stay was not the most thorough, kitchen was still full of crumbs and there were stains on table surfaces. Also, only 3 small towels provided for 3 guests, meaning……
