“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“Mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling and “other” stains on the lower portions of the walls. Also, when requesting for a late check out, we were told that we have to ask in the morning because the decision maker wasn’t there in the middle of the day, the day prior to departure. Then when we called the following morning to request it, instead of saying something like, “that is possible, and there’s a fee” she literally said, “it’s going to cost you.” Weird! it turns out that it’s only……

“I liked the location and the facilities. The staff were wonderful as well. I guess what I dislike was the cost for parking but that is expected for the location. We will be back in spite of the osrking cost.”
