Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs.”

“The staff was friendly, but something felt off about the overall experience. I only saw them at check-in and check-out, and they were otherwise unavailable. The photos listed online are misleading and make the rooms appear much nicer than they actually are. The room I stayed in had several issues, including roaches, cracks throughout the walls, and what appeared to be mold in the shower. The “private pool” was more like a dirty pond and clearly not maintained. The TV was oversized and awkwardly……

“Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. ”
