Nice venue but no hotel service.
The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel.
Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call anyone for services). I didn’t get an answer from them so I had to call them to send the invoice, only to be told that the email is for the hotel so it wouldn’t go to them (???).
The pool area and the bar service is nice, and they try to create a vibe but it’s not really a proper 4 star hotel that they market it as. The front desk service only works when there is one lady who seems to do everything, and the rest of the bartenders can’t help you at all.
