Rooms need a lot of work. Major upgrades are required and understand there are renovations being carried out. Little things like shortage of towels and wash cloths , water is not hot , sink is slow draining and toilets seat needs to be tighten up Just little things The room was clean , the staff was very friendly and supplied more towels when asked I would stay there again in future but the little things is what matter and first impression is what sells Get the renovation completed then advertise that but take care of the little first eye catcher items.

Wow. It could really use some updates. Our curtains had holes in them the floors were in really bad shape. The bathroom really needed a lot of attention. We ended up checking out early and just drove back home that night. People live here so there are of people always coming and going. Expedia gave us a 25.00 credit but that didn't even cover our pet fees.

value for the price was adequate. Bed was comfortable though the pillowcases were pilled and should be replaced. Appropriate lamp light for reading, hot shower. Hot tub was not very warm and there was no phone or clock in the room, so be sure your phone doesn't die! Wifi was not working but that sounded like it was from a storm earlier in the day. The front desk voicemail was not set up so I had to go back down to the lobby to address any issues or questions. Despite not being full, I was placed next to a room that was rather noisy.

Staff was great, very friendly at checkin. Given the price, i found the following to be substandard: 1. The room needs updated. The furniture was worn and the comforter looked like it was from the 1980s. I also doubt that the comforter had been cleaned in quite a while. 2. There was no blanket so i had to use the comforter for warmth. 3. There is not a headboard on the bed, rather your head is against roughcut wood planks. 4. The drapes over the window was a shoeer cutain. 5. The door doesnt seal tight in the frame, so wind and light seep in around the door. 6.The bath towels were small. 7. The shower curtain is almost falling down. One positive, the bed was very comfortable, seemingly a memory foam type bed.

Horrible check in, sketchy room, weird service, just an overall strange vibe of the place. They charge a $100-300 deposit and the front desk guy semmed somewhat upset and threatening even during a 10pm check-in stating "we ought be glad it's not a $300 hold because every other hotel does that." No, they don't. No formal checkout procedure. Nobody at the nice pool and jacuzzi which he made sure to close the moment we got in the room we had to change twice due to key malfunction. No. Never again. Will not return.

This is an old hotel that needs some upgrades. I slept just fine and the price was right for this time of year. If you are expecting a "nice and modern" hotel, then this is not the place. If price is super important, then this will do just fine.

The sofa was very comfortable and that was the reason i chose that room. However, our first room didn’t have a sofa and we had to move to 2d floor to get one. The attendee was pleasant about switching rooms. The room was ok, but the drapes were terrible. They were shredded on all edges and should be thrown away! The bed was ok, but no blanket so we had to use the bed spread, which I'm sure is not washed very often. The shower was barely big enough to turn around in. Very difficult to wash hair and body. No place for shampoo/conditioner bottles except the floor of shower. Not handy at all. Towels appeared to be new, but only 1 hand towel and no washcloth. Our check in was ok, but the office was closed when we wanted to request more coffee, towels, etc. Office should not be closed at 6pm, and should be open before 7am. Probably won't stay again.
