不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、住宿条件和设施
Don't come here！！！！Upon arriving at the hotel, the first issue we noticed was the strong smell of marijuana permeating the premises. Outside our room, there was a group of intoxicated individuals shouting obscenities loudly—this immediately made me and my family, who are new to the U.S., feel extremely unsafe and anxious, especially as a young woman staying there at night.
When we entered the room, the conditions were even more appalling. The bed had visible bloodstains, oil stains, and dark spots, and the sheets were heavily wrinkled, clearly not changed or cleaned between guests. I immediately went to the front desk to request clean sheets, but was told there were no extra sheets available. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we didn’t even unload our luggage from the car and left shortly after.
