The property seemed newly refurbished & we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was easy to find, right off the interstate. It is conveniently located in close proximity (about 30 minutes) to the south entrance of Joshua Tree. As we were leaving, we discovered several nearby gas stations and also noticed there is a Walmart nearby (within half a mile, on the same road).
Check-in was seamless; staff was courteous, even providing us with a list of nearby restaurants to choose from.
The room was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was a large walk-in and the water pressure was great. We appreciated the restroom sliding door - as opposed to the hinged-type doors - as it helped us reduce the need to try and squeeze past each other in the hallway (can not say the same about the previous hotel we stayed in). There was lots of storage space in the room, an automatic nightlight that came on in the restroom, and the room was fairly quiet for being so close to the interstate. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Thee breakfast options were on-par, if not slightly better, to other hotel breakfast buffets (including eggs, meat, toast/bread selection, muffins, oatmeal, fresh fruits, cereal, and a waffle station with fixins).
We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to the area.
