House needs better updates

Check in process was simple. House was clean. But jacuzzi is very old and never heated up. When we communicated this - nothing was done to address. Internet is really slow. If you need to work, best to ask what speeds to expect. The towel rack in the guest bathroom was loose - you can tell there have been updates but everything is at minimum standards.
