Had an amazing stay!! Great house for our family to gather over the holidays. Hosts very responsive to questions. Location and outdoor areas / pool and spa are fantastic! Kitchen needs a little TLC if you plan to cook for large group.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The house was well stocked. The host communication was excellent. Close to good restaurants. Plenty of room and privacy for 8 adults. A little far from the good golf courses, but very close to downtown Palm Springs and airport. Would definitely return!

This was a perfect spot for our group of 9 friends. The pool was even more lovely than the photos, and the location made getting to downtown Palm Springs easy. Communication was quick, and the management team responded quickly.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was beautiful. Plenty of space for adults and kids to hangout and relax. Bedrooms were great, spacious, and comfy beds. My only complaint is that backyard furniture needs to be hosed down before guest arrive. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Friends Reunion Weekend

The house worked well for our group. The common areas were comfortable, nice dining area although end chairs were way too low, and the pool area was great. The listing led us to believe that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which was not the case. A few comments about the casita: --AC didn't cool the bedroom area as effectively as the rest of the space --The outside of the fridge had some water damage/rust around the water dispenser --Top of window in the bedroom was flithy,

Lots of fun for the whole family

We spent 2 sunfilled weeks at the property. The pool was amazing and we spend soooo many hours in it. The beds were all very comfy to crawl into after a day if fun. We found a little trouble with the dryers in both units not drying the items well. I was able to clean out a softball sized pile of lint out if the main house dryer to get it working. We were able to get ice from all 3 fridges but the dispensers in the 2 frisges that had them were frozen solid. The few hiccups we had wouldnt stop us from recommending other from planning a family vacation to the property.

Great outdoor spaces

The pool and outdoor spaces very nice - we enjoyed ourselves - 2 miles from large grocery store- quick drive to town - trail right off of neighborhood for walking- This space has 3 separate kitchens - and one separate apartment with its own pool- would be ideal for multiple families or large group - note this is located on a street with windmill farm at end and it was too windy to use outdoor space one of our days due to weather. House well equipped - however it is in need of some TLC and this house could be 5 star - bathroom door fell off hinges first night, poor water pressure in main house and water never got above lukewarm - the bathroom shower near washer and dryer comes out as a trickle - no hand towels provided in any of the bathrooms.

Perfect spot for a friends reunion.

Any large group will enjoy the benefits this home provides. The house more than accommodated the needs of all 8 of us. Beds were comfy in the well appointed bedrooms. No complaints about the showers. And lots of private spaces available throughout the house. The large dining room table afforded our group to gather around all at once for meals and games and great conversation. We were there on a chilly January weekend so we weren’t outside to enjoy the lovely pool area. The main kitchen is very well equipped. The house location is very conveniently located only 15 minutes from the airport. The house has a nice view of the desert valley. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood. We appreciated the off street parking for 4 cars. It’s a huge plus.

Amazing Property and Location

We got together for my wife’s 40th birthday and had about 10 people stay here comfortably. The place is amazing and has great views during the day and the house is so well lit at night. The property was just as advertised. Great home to just spend a relaxing weekend with friends. Pool area is great. Owner was very communicative and acted with urgency! We were missing an iron and ironing board and it was at our doorstep within hours. The only negative was the AC in some rooms not flowing properly so some areas of the house are hotter than others and when it's 105 degrees outside, it's not the best. Other than that, this is a great home to stay at.

Janis Joplin House

The home was beautiful, spacious, and just as described. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not properly working in the main dining area, which was disappointing, since this was our main gathering area for our stay. However, the rest of the house was nice and cool, which helped, since it was 110 degrees out. We contacted our host and they showed up to the house in less than 15 minutes. Really enjoyed our stay, the property, and the host was awesome!

A perfect getaway oasis
