The owners have curated cozy, inviting living spaces that epitomize the essence of vacation living that meld perfectly with the striking architecture. The expansive great room boasts a captivating umbrella ceiling, complemented by clerestory windows that flood the space with natural light and bring the outside in. The walls of glass frame enchanting views, while the original fireplace and patterned block accent walls add to the 60’s ambiance. Embrace outdoor living on the generous private patio that features space to gather to lounge, dine, or barbecue.

The well-appointed chef's kitchen features sleek cabinetry, quartz counters, and stainless-steel appliances, catering to all your culinary desires! The owners have invested in everything you need to whip a first class meal, including five different ways to make coffee (Espressione Coffee & Espresso Maker, Chemex Pour Over, & Nespresso Pixie and Bialetti Moka Pot); All-Clad Cookware, Wusthof knives, Stagg Kettle, and a full stock of Penzey’s Spices. There's even a Berkey Water Filtration System! BBQ on the patio after a day at the pool, or head to the restaurant at the nearby Indian Canyons Golf Club (.9 mi) or to the many close by.

Retreat to the comfort of three bedrooms with Avocado Plush Green Mattresses and Cozy Earth Organic Bamboo linens : the primary en-suite bedroom offers mountain vistas with a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, & ensuite bathroom with double vanity. You'll find a spacious guest bedroom with queen bed and desk setup for those who *really* need to work. The third bedroom doubles as a den with a closet, windows, and a convertible bed with a luxurious Tempur-pedic memory foam mattress. These two bedrooms share a large guest bathroom. All three bedrooms feature custom wallpaper and Samsung Frame QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TVs.

You'll also find a Dyson Cool Air Purifier, Dyson V8 Absolute Vacuum, Samsung Frame TVs and Sonos Sound System, West Elm organic plush bathroom towels, and Glassybaby votives with Evie rechargeable lights + remote controls. This home is on a single level.

Featured in the recent movie, "Don't Worry Darling" (starring Harry Styles & Olivia Wilde), Canyon View Estates is one of the developments that made Palm Springs, California famous for its mid-century modern architecture! It was California’s first vacation home community and was designed by Dan Palmer and William Krisel in the early 1960s and built by Roy Fey.

* Guest will need to sign a standard Guest Stay Agreement and sign off they have received the HOA Rules as well via Copper Key Properties, as well as submit a $3000 security deposit

*One small well-behaved dog will be considered with pet rent and additional security deposit.

LOCATION:
Canyon View Estates is located in the less windy area of South Palm Springs, just 5 min (2.1 mi) from the downtown core of Palm Springs! You are between Indian Canyon Public Golf Club & Restaurant (.9 mi) and magnificent hiking trails, and centrally located to more golf, hiking, amenities, boutique shops and restaurants. You'll find wide, flat streets and sidewalks running through iconic neighborhoods, perfect for an evening walk or morning jog, walk to coffee. Lots of folks are out doing the same in the area, it's a special place!

Wide streets and flat sidewalks, perfect for a walk or bikes. Palm Springs International Airport is located approximately 10 minutes/4.3 miles away and the main bus stop is a flat 22 minute /1.2 mi walk!

* Note: Guests who book in February 2025 will need to work with the property manager to be away from the property on the day it will be featured on the Canyon View Estates Modernism Tour 2025. It will be professionally cleaned before the tour starts, and afterwards. Date and further details forthcoming.

Spring at Toro Cir

Quintessential mid century modern condo. Nicely furnished and location. Very spacious bedrooms. Views of mountains is just lovely from the terrace.
