So, this is Motel 6 but the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and functional. It was re-assuring to see on duty security officers. I would stay here again when I need a more budget friendly place to stay.

The property itself was fine being one of the least expensive in the city. I did find a hair in the bed and there was some hair in the corner of the room. The worst part was the people next to me being drunk, loud, and obnoxious. Myself and others called the front desk. They did come and tell them to settle down but they started up again shortly after. I called the front desk again and they did come back out and speak with them again but they never stopped making noise and talking loudly outside of their room. Others called again as well. The next day when I checked out being very tired from a lack of sleep, I asked about it and the front desk just said sorry about that. They said that there were other individuals in other rooms making noise as well so it wasn’t just the people next to me. I asked what does it take to actually remove a guest from the motel? Why would a company allow guests in a room to ruin the sleep and peace of several others? I basically got a shoulder shrug and another apology. My experience would have been better obviously without the a’holes next to me.

The main guests of this hotel are marginalized people, drug addicts, and alcoholics. The TV is on loudly 24/7. Drug addicts leave their rooms every five minutes and slam the door loudly. There's a constant smell of cigarettes and weed because they smoke in their rooms or near their doors. It's better to sleep in a car than to be around animals.

This motel 6 is certainly way better than the downtown location. Motel 6 east Palm Springs has the best staff. Juan the manager is such a great guy who gives the best service and attitude without even asking for it. Kimberly is a ray of sunshine and has great customer service. Along with Caleb and amber who go above and beyond wirh their customer service. 10/10 recommend this place.
