This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the garage door facing the front entrance and gate, 1 camera is on the side of the house and faces the pool equipment, and 3 cameras are on the back wall of the property facing the back garage door and the pool equipment. No cameras are facing the pool. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- NOTE: Please be aware there is weekly property maintenance: Pool cleaning Wednesday & Saturday (8:30-11:00 AM), Gardener; Monday (9:00-9:30 AM), Pest Control; second Wednesday of each month (9:00-10:00 AM)
- NOTE: The pool cleaner comes 8:30-11:00 AM. Gardener time change 9-9:30 every Monday. Pest Control- Second Wednesday of every month 9-10 am

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Regulations:
- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 6 people with only 2 persons allowed per bedroom. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed
- Parking Limits: Only 1 car is allowed per bedroom
- Virtual Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must participate in a Facetime call upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy
